My Principles

I believe that everyone should stand for something, no matter how trivial it may seem. In my line of work though, I need to ensure that I live by a solid and unwavering code, and I’d like to share the principles of that code with you.

In today’s culture of instant gratification, I know all too well that if I say I’ll do it by tomorrow, and I don’t do it by tomorrow – well, you’ll go to the next person won’t you? And I don’t blame you, I would too. Which is why I will always do what I say, when I say I’ll do it.

I know, I know, you think this is just a cliché. But the truth is I can’t risk lying, even if I wanted to (which I don’t!), because if I lie, somebody is going to get hurt, and it would more than likely and up being me as well as a client. Aside from just that, my grandfather was a very successful businessman and instilled that value of honesty in me from a young age. The most important thing to me is that my clients feel comfortable doing business with me over and over, and feel comfortable referring their friends and family to me.

What good am I to my clients if I’m not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to selling your property? I make a priority of knowing everything I possibly can about the market, the area, and anything else that will enable me to sell your property for the best possible price, in the best possible time-frame. That’s what we both want!

I believe that in order for me to best serve you, I need to be absolutely confident in my abilities and my service offering to you. How do I achieve confidence? Through enormous amounts of preparation. There is no shortcut to success.

I make a conscious effort to stay motivated. Period. Who would want an unmotivated “professional” representing them in the sale of their largest asset? And motivation might just be the key to all of the above principles, because my motivation ensures that I am always striving to uphold these principles.
